| Oh, yes - I'm really happy with SiteGround. I have a Mambo site that they helped me create and now support. Thanks to them, my website has over 5,000 visitors per day and I'm able to make a great profit of it. I'm planning to make another website and I would never think of another host, but SiteGround. |

I'd never heard of Siteground before, but luckily I stumbled upon it in a web search for the best Mambo/Joomla hosting provider. But it's not only a Mambo host, its an all around, full of available scripts, 99.9% uptime, fast servers host.
The best feature, besides the cheap price, is the customer's relations they have. By far, I have never been so happy with the customer's support in my life. On my previous hosting provider, I had to wait 1 or 2 days to get an answer. This is no joke, and I'm sure a lot of us have or had the same problem before. Siteground is different. They have a ticket system for rapid answering of problems and questions. I've asked a lot of questions, the average resolution time of my problems is 4 minutes.
They also helped me transfer over 2gb of information from one of my past hosting providers to the siteground servers. They did all the work for me and for free! Congratulations to siteground for the excellent CRM. I have now transfered all my hosting to siteground. Recommended 100%. |

I don't usually write this kind of reviews, but in this situation I feel I must. SiteGround support team are the BEST bunch of people I've come across in 10 years in this industry and I felt I had to tell you.
This week has been crazy trying to get up to speed on mambo, upload, fix, break, fix etc and every time I've logged a support call (and there've been heaps) I've had a response within around 5 mins and the same person stays with me till it's fixed. In many instances these guys have gone above and beyond and I am very appreciative. Not only is SiteGround's hosting solution cost effective, it's fully supported - I seriously couldn't ask for more! WELL DONE & THANK YOU |

| Just a comment - I am very very happy with Siteground. Their customer support is perfect, the account administration system is flawless and there are many, many very useful features for an intermediate web person like myself! The tech support team has been FABULOUS to me through the installation of both of my websites. I am a HUGE SiteGround fan! |
